UMKC researcher aids in discovery that may lead to trea

Kansas City, MO – Nano-technology is a buzzword in the sciences as researchers try to shrink machines to the size of molecules. Recent discoveries in the field made in collaboration between a researcher at UMKC and one at the University of California-Irvine may have applications for treating diseases like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
