Snow Day! An Update From Kansas City Officials
By Stephen Steigman and Steve Kraske
You know it's bad when the host of Up to Date needs a push into the parking lot at KCUR.
In the first portion of Thursday's Up to Date, Steve Kraske gets an update on the biggest snow storm to hit Kansas City in two years. Kansas City Mayor Sly James updates us from the City's emergency operations center, Joe McBride of the Kanas City Aviation Department tells us about KCI's closure and possible re-opening, and callers from around the metro advised listeners on road conditions.
