Kansas City, MO – After fifteen years of debate and a dozen failed light rail proposals, Kansas City made its move into urban rapid transit in July. But the Metro Area Express ( The MAX ) is a bus rapid transit line that runs from 75th and Wornall to 3rd and Grand. KCUR's Steve Bell took an impromptu ride and filed this report.
