Kansas City, MO – Director and writer Neil LaBute is known for such controversial films as "In the Company of Men" and "Nurse Betty." Maybe not so well known is that he is also a playwright and former graduate student at the University of Kansas. The Unicorn Theatre stages his play, "The Shape of Things." As KCUR's Steve Walker reports, it turns the typical love story on its ear.
