Missouri Supreme Court to Rule on State Sex Offender Registry

Kansas City, MO – About 11-thousand people are on Missouri's public registry of sex offenders. The list includes rapists and pedophiles, but it also lists thousands of people who have never even been accused of committing a sex crime. The Missouri Supreme Court could rule as early as today on the registry's constitutionality. KCUR's Frank Morris has the story.
