Missouri Bill Proposes Office of Immigration Compliance

Kansas City, MO – A new bill filed in the Missouri State Senate on Tuesday contains some of the most far-reaching restrictions on illegal immigration in the country. If passed, Missouri would be the first state in the country to set up an office to verify the immigration status of residents. It would be called the Division of Immigration Compliance, and would be under the Secretary of State. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross reports.
