KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas is now taking part in a multi-state online system aimed at better tracking medication used to make methamphetamine.

Many of Missouri's top Republicans from the state and U.S. capitols have met in Jefferson City to try to settle a stalemate over redrawing Missouri's congressional districts.

A compromise has been announced between supporters and opponents of Proposition B on a new proposal to overhaul dog-breeding regulations passed by Missouri voters last year.

The Missouri Senate has given final approval to a measure spending $190 million of federal education funding, sending it to the governor.

Thieves stole about 3,500 pounds of copper from about a dozen cars in Kansas City over the weekend.

The Kansas City Royals gave up four runs in the tenth inning last night and lost to the Cleveland Indians 7-3 at Kauffman Stadium.
