Kansas City, MO – A new grocery store opens on Blue Parkway, along with a spa, a florist and a couple of fast food restaurants. Missouri Governor Matt Blunt's new Hispanic Business Trade and Culture Commission. A Kansas City Kansas teenager sues the Turner High School district after being suspended for speaking Spanish in the hallway at school. Kansas City Missouri City Manager Wayne Cauthen announces a pre-apprenticeship program to help prepare women and minorities for jobs in construction.
