It's that time again: KCUR's Fall Membership Drive kicked off Saturday, and it's a great time to donate.

Whether you're a long-time supporter or you'd like to make your very first pledge to public radio, the membership drive is the perfect opportunity to show your support. It's that support that makes possible the award-winning local, national and international programming you hear on KCUR and kcur.org. Approximately 80 percent of KCUR's operating budget is funded by the Kansas City-area community.

This means that the quality of news, entertainment and music programming you routinely enjoy on KCUR is largely dependent on you and your fellow public radio fans.

We don't feel entitled to your generosity. We do believe that quality, community-supported news and entertainment are invaluable assets that inform, delight and challenge our listeners.
