High School Students Compete in Robotics

KANSAS CITY, MO – High school students from around the region - from Paola, Kansas to Maryville, Missouri - and a bunch of teams from metro regions competed this week in a robotics competition at Hale Arena. Winners will go on to the national competition, which was founded by Dean Kamen, who invented the Segue. Alex Smith was at Hale Arena on Thursday, and caught up with last year's regional champions from Lincoln Preparatory Academy. Lincobotics team president Tyler Gibbs says they're still trying to come up with a name for their robot.
