Protesters Line Up Outside Union Station

Kansas City, MO – About 40 people lined up outside Union Station with signs reading, "Respect the dead, don't display them." Some prayed aloud together in response to the exhibit inside union station that has human bodies on display. Organizers of the Bodies Revealed exhibit say the displays are meant to be respectful and educational. But protest leader Frances Slobadnik said the group believes the exhibit is offensive and dishonors the dead.

"To put them on a display in various poses I believe demeans and shows great disrespect to humans made in the likeness of God," said Slobadnik.

The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Private Property organized the protest.
