Exhibition Exchange Project Opens in Kansas City

The Urban Culture Project's second artist exchange project, a collaboration between Kansas City and Austin, has resulted in three exhibitions, including two in Kansas City. KCUR's Laura Spencer stopped by and gives us this preview. By Laura Spencer

Kansas City, MO – One exhibition, SLOW COOKED: NEW ART FROM KANSAS CITY, opened in early November in Austin featuring established and emerging Kansas City artists.

TEXPOS?: NEW ART FROM AUSTIN at Paragraph Gallery and IT'S GONNA BE REVERYTHING at Project Space opened November 22, 2008 in Kansas City.

Grand Arts, 1819 Grand, Kansas City, Mo, hosted a public conversation about the collaborative process Saturday, November 22, 2008.
