Kansas City, MO – The Kansas City Symphony's Music Director Michael Stern says when the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts opens "it will change...the way Kansas City experiences art."
When it opens, Stern says it will mark a "glorious moment for the city, for the symphony, and most of all for all the music lovers and opera lovers, in terms of experiencing live performance, the power of what art and live performance can bring. I think it will be absolutely transformational."
