Two Petitions Submitted For Missouri Ballot
Supporters of limiting payday loan and raising the minimum wage submitted signatures to get the measures on November’s ballot. The minimum wage proposal would raise the state minimum wage to $8.25 an hour. The payday loan measure would limit annual rates to 36 percent. Read more from the AP here.
