Walt Bodine Dies At 92
Long-time journalist, author and talk show host Walt Bodine died early Sunday morning. He was 92. According to his family, Bodine died peacefully after spending Saturday visiting with family, friends and colleagues. Learn more here about Walt’s life and influence on Kansas City.
When Grain Elevators Explode
When the Bartlett Grain Co. elevator exploded in Atchison, Kan., in October 2011, the town’s 11,000 residents knew it immediately. In the nearly 17 months since the accident, some of those closest to the victims are frustrated that authorities have yet to conclusively lay blame for the cause of the accident.
