Nixon Pushes For More Money For Universities
Calling it the best economic development tool for the state, Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon reiterated his proposal for an additional $34 million in higher education funding during a stop in Springfield. Read more about his plan here.
Right To Work Bill Debated In Missouri

KU Changes Core Curriculum Requirements
Starting this fall, basic curriculum requirements will change for undergraduates at the University of Kansas. As of now, each school – whether it is the School of Health Professions or the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences – sets its own requirements. Some are pretty extensive and specific.
