OVERLAND PARK, KS – The opposition to Overland Park's proposal to extend its boundaries by almost 9,600 acres has been called a "rural tsunami." Overland Park officials and supporters say the growth will take place whether this particular proposal passes or not. KCUR's Laura Ziegler has more.
