Know How To Vote

In Kansas, voters have until noon today (Monday, November 05, 2012) to cast an advance ballot in person.

Voters now need to bring and show a photo ID at the polls when casting a ballot. For a complete list of acceptable IDs, go to GotVoterID.com.

For more info on voting, including a list of all county election offices, visit voteks.org.

Most polling places in Kansas open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m., but Johnson County is an exception, opening an hour early at 6 a.m.

Missouri polling places open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.  Missouri voters don’t need a photo ID but will need to provide a driver’s license, voter ID card, bank statement, or utility bill.  More information about voting in Missouri can be found at GoVoteMissouri.com.
