  • A lawsuit accusing Kansas City, Missouri of reverse discrimination in its selection process for municipal court judges appears to be headed for a jury trial, according to the Daily Record, a publication for attorneys. Melissa Howard, a Clay County Prosecutor, aleges she and two other panelists were rejected because they were white.
