KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Supreme Court upholds a $2.3 million judgment against the City of Kansas City in a controversy over a municipal court nominee. The City Attorney says there are not enough funds in place to pay it. A Kansas House committee chooses to propose deeper cuts in state spending than would the Governor. It would cut state aid to public schools by $75 per pupil, state worker bay by 7 and a half percent. Stories on KCUR Evening News.
