Humor in Contemporary Culture

An exhibition at the H&R Block Artspace called "Humor Me" explores the role that humor plays in contemporary culture, from investigating serious subjects to highlighting more light-hearted ones.

Kansas City. MO – An exhibition at the H&R Block Artspace called ?Humor Me? explores the role that humor plays in contemporary culture, from investigating serious subjects to highlighting more light-hearted ones. Curator Valerie Cassell Oliver has worked with a number of African-American artists, and visited Kansas City recently for a talk about humor as cultural expression.

NOTE: The exhibition ?Humor Me? runs through March 18th at the H and R Block Artspace.
