Kansas City, MO – Health care has become a central theme in the race for Missouri governor. Both Democratic candidate Jay Nixon and Republican candidate Kenny Hulshof say they'd do something about rising health care costs and the growing number of uninsured Missourians. But Nixon and Hulshof offer very different plans for how to best address the issue, KCUR's Elana Gordon reports.
