Diversity in Heart of America Shakespeare Festival

The Heart of America Shakespeare Festival's 14th season is now underway at Southmoreland Park with its annual presentation of the dramas, comedies, and tragedies of William Shakespeare. This year, the festival is staging King Henry the Fifth, with Nathan Darrow as the young English King preparing to wage war with France. By Laura Spencer

This year's cast includes more minority actors, and arts reporter Laura Spencer talked to Heart of America Shakespeare Festival's Executive Director Lisa Cordes and Artistic Director Sidonie Garrett about diversity and the arts.
