Kansas City, MO – Members of a number of liberal political groups in the Kansas City and Lawrence believe they're targets of a government spy program. This afternoon, the American Civil Liberties Union filed a series of Freedom of Information Act requests to get documents they hope will support that allegation. Federal officials here say they are barking up the wrong tree.
