Cartoons en Kansas City Cartoonist Charles Barsotti Dies <p>Kansas City-based cartoonist Charles Barsotti&nbsp;died Monday, according to The Kansas City Star.</p><p>Barsotti, 80, was <a href="">a regular contributor to The New Yorker</a>, The Atlantic and USA Today.
